SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS Are you looking for a way to spend a fun filled summer and to make a difference in your community? Camp Highroad is looking for college students willing to share their faith with our campers and to help them build community living skills and an enjoyment of the great outdoors. The camping sessions start with training on June 12 and the last day of camp is August 12. We pay a minimum of $1,400 for the summer and lots of free hugs. COUNSELORS IN TRAINING (CIT) Camp Highroad is always looking for the next generation of camp counselors who would like to participate in our Counselor In Training (CIT) program. CIT's work in all areas of the summer camp program and learn the responsibilities of the counselors. CIT's must be at least 16 years of age and willing to volunteer for at least 4 weeks of the camping season. Only a limited number are selected each year so apply early and schedule your interview. PART TIME SUPPORT STAFF Camp Highroad is always looking for part time support staff to assist us in our Outdoor Education Program and our Challenge (Ropes) Course. Hours are normally between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday and from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Sunday. Part Time positions are year around and training is available. VOLUNTEERS Are you willing to donate your time and talents to further the ministry of camp Highroad? Camp Highroad needs volunteers to help us in many areas including minor plumbing repairs, carpentry work, light mechanical repairs, screen repair, etc. We also can use administrative assistance and someone to answer the telephone during busy seasons.
