Wondering how to spend a three-day weekend in January? Why not join us for Winter Camp 2018? From Saturday through Monday, campers (current grades 3-8) will participate in chilly challenges and enjoy the warm community of Camp Highroad campers, counselors and staff. Most importantly, campers will soak up amazing truths from the Bible through our daily large and small group Bible studies.
Classic Highroad activities are even more exciting in winter – building a fire when it’s actually cold outside is so rewarding and snow brings a new twist to the popular sport of archery. Familiar hiking trails take on a new look as trees lose their leaves, and hot chocolate during movie night gains new appreciation after campers are outside all day. Other activities include team challenges, our favorite camp games, hayrides, nature hikes, zip wire (5th-6th grade), and high ropes (7th-8th grade). And of course campfires and marshmallows!
Both previous and new campers are welcome at Winter Camp! Be sure to pack warm clothes and snow or rain boots as we will be outside for most of the weekend. Use our contact page if you have any questions.
Registration will be open mid-December, stay tuned!
