Madi Thompson

A longtime lover of all things camp, Madi joined the team full time in 2022 after working seasonally since 2013. She is in charge of the summer camp world at Highroad, from hiring the (greatest) college students to work for seven weeks, to dreaming up the summer theme, to donning her full summer camp hype woman persona each year at staff training.

During the fall, winter, and spring, Madi loves getting to balance her time “playing” outside with visiting school groups and doing administrative work to prepare for the next summer season! When she’s not working, Madi is probably enjoying a good book (on tape), sipping on coffee with her husband, Ben, or venturing out on walks and hikes in the nearby mountains.
