There’s something sacred about this place. Camp Highroad is truly a place set apart. Each summer, as laughter echoes through the trees, trails are worn in by countless adventures, and friendships form around campfires, I’m reminded of the powerful impact camp has on young lives. Camp Highroad is more than just a place to run and play — it’s a place where children learn who they are, build confidence, experience community, and encounter God’s creation in ways that leave lasting impressions.
Since stepping into the role of Director in September 2024, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the incredible work happening across our camps, retreats, and outdoor programs. Our summer and day camps continue to thrive with dedicated staff and energetic campers, and our outdoor education experiences are reaching more students than ever — helping them unplug, explore, and grow.
As we look to the future, we are filled with hope and excitement. We are committed to investing in our facilities, strengthening our programs, and expanding access so that more young people can experience the joy and transformation that camp brings. With every cabin built, trail cleared, and camper welcomed, we are building a brighter future — not just for Camp Highroad, but for every child who sets foot here.

From Our Summer Camp Manager
I recently had the pleasure of being named manager for Camp Highroad, a title I carry near and dear to my heart. Four years ago, I spent my first summer at Highroad as a counselor and the next summer as a team leader. It was here at Highroad that I fell in love with the ministry of discipleship and developed deep spiritual disciplines. God has used (and is continuing to use!) my time at Highroad to stretch and refine me, and teach me more about Himself and His Word than at any other place and in any other season of my life so far. I truly love Highroad, and it has been an answer to many prayers to have the door opened for the position I am in now. I am grateful for the opportunity to spend time with all of our campers and community, making the Highroad experience a special one. Here’s to many summers of memories made together!"
